Scope and data controller
This policy applies to information shared through visits to the website, direct contact channels and the project consultation form. The data controller is Enes KERVANKAYA.
Information processed
Only identity and contact details, company information, project requirements, timing preferences and optional files provided by the user are processed. When cookie consent is granted, page views and anonymous interaction data may be measured through Google Analytics.

Purposes of use
Information is used to assess the enquiry, contact the user, prepare the project scope, secure the form and, where consent has been granted, measure the website experience. Information is not sold to third parties as a direct marketing list.
Service providers and transfers
Technical service providers may be used for hosting, databases, private file storage, security and analytics measurement where consent has been granted. When enquiry notifications are enabled, only the necessary contact summary may be transmitted through a transactional email provider for delivery to the authorised address. Where a service provider located outside Türkiye is used, the transfer is assessed under the conditions and appropriate safeguards set out in Article 9 of Law No. 6698. Information is disclosed to legally authorised public bodies only where there is a legal obligation.
Retention, security and deletion
Records are retained for the period required by communications and any resulting project process, as well as applicable statutory limitation and evidentiary periods. Once the purpose has ended, they are subject to deletion, destruction or anonymisation procedures. Technical safeguards such as access authorisation, private file links, encrypted communications and record controls are applied.
